I have wanted to shop at Brim for a while now and the opportunity finally came about when my sister and I were spending a random Saturday together.
Brim is located in the middle of the Oregon District and offers a full selection of hats for both men and women. Shoppers have a wonderful time trying on hats and checking themselves out in one of the mirrors strategically located throughout the store.
If you need time to think about your choices, there is a sitting area at the back of the store, which I appreciated because I was wearing heels and needed a rest.
I absolutely fell in love with their shop dog, Guinness, who calmly makes her rounds visiting with all the shoppers and making sure they can find what they are looking for. If you lose sight of her, check a chair – even though she is a tiny thing, she could somehow jump onto furniture.
After trying on half the women’s hats in the store, I settled on a very pretty wide brimmed floppy hat in grey felt. I thought it made me look lady-like!
If you’re looking for a fun place to buy a hat and have a photo op in the Oregon District, don’t miss Brim!Brim 464 E 5th St Dayton, OH 45402 (937) 222-4287
